In order to recover the cost of providing services to the public, the department of Citizenship and Immigration charges some fees. There are mainly two kinds of fees which Government charges
The Right Of Permeant Resident Fees For Immigrant
Which is refundable for unsuccessful immigrant applications or for those who withdraw or otherwise abandon immigration to Canada before the Visa has been used?
Processing Fees
Which are not refundable for refused or withdrawn application. Since the processing fees helps defray the cost of processing your application it cannot be refunded even if your application is unsuccessful.
Please note that VFS service charge fees are not included in the cost of processing temporary visa applications.
Apart from Canadian Consulate fees you need to pay our consulting fees which is hundred percent refundable for our valuable clients if they will not get their Visa. Our fees structure includes Pre and Post Landing Services to our precious clients. You can get its detail from fees Menu or you can also contact us at our office.
Immigration Cost Recovery Fees Effective February 06,2014.
Fees may be subject to change without notice. You are required to pay the fee in Canadian dollar or Indian Rupees for yourself and accompanying dependents. Bank Drafts (demand drafts) / certified cheques should be made for the exact amount and in favour of “Canadian High Commission” or “Receiver General for Canada” payable at New Delhi. If you send an incorrect amount or a non-negotiable instrument, your application will be returned to you without processing.
Fees are for processing of the application only and are NON-REFUNDABLE except for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.
